Leeds-based Stalwarts of the jive and lindyhop scene, playing classic blues, swing, soul, jazz and rock'n'roll, and the house band for Thursday's Great American Songbook concert on the Folk Stage.

They are a hugely experienced band with an enormous repertoire. They've recently returned to a venue in Sheffield where they ran a weekly residency for 12 years. That's a lot more than the Beatles in Hamburg and look how good they got! You have to be top quality and adaptable to hold a gig like that down

 

Their name comes from playing the music of 3 great Louis:  Louis Jordan, Louis Prima and Louis Armstrong.
